This Privacy Policy explains how Finalray ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Finalray mobile application (the "App").
Finalray is designed as a local image and video processing application. We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your photos, videos, and related data under your control.
By using Finalray, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.
Finalray processes photos and videos locally on your device. We do not upload, store, transmit, or share your photos, videos, edited images, or other media files with our servers or any third-party servers.
Your media remains on your device and under your control at all times.
Finalray may request access to your photo library so that you can select, view, and edit images or videos within the App.
This access is used only to provide the App's core editing and viewing features. We do not collect, copy, upload, or remotely access your photo library.
You can manage or revoke photo library access at any time through your device settings.
Some photos may contain embedded metadata, such as EXIF data. This metadata may include information such as camera settings, date, time, or the location where a photo was taken.
Finalray may read this metadata locally on your device to display it to you within the App. We do not collect, track, upload, or share your location information or photo metadata.
If you create custom presets in Finalray, the App may store and sync those presets using your personal iCloud account, if iCloud is enabled on your device.
These presets are stored in your own iCloud storage and are used only to sync your settings and custom editing preferences across your devices. We do not operate our own server for storing custom presets, and we do not access, view, sell, or share your iCloud data.
Apple processes and stores iCloud data according to Apple's own terms, privacy policy, and your iCloud settings. You can manage iCloud access and delete app-related iCloud data through your device settings or iCloud settings.
Finalray does not collect personal information from you through our own servers.
In particular, we do not collect:
Finalray does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Finalray does not include third-party advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or analytics SDKs.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
Finalray does not independently collect crash reports or diagnostic data through third-party services.
However, Apple may provide developers with crash reports or diagnostic information through App Store Connect, Xcode Organizer, TestFlight, or related Apple developer tools if you have chosen to share diagnostics and usage data with Apple in your device settings.
Such diagnostic information is handled by Apple according to Apple's own privacy policy and system settings. These reports generally do not include your photos, videos, or edited media content.
Finalray may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Payments and purchase processing are handled by Apple through the App Store.
We do not receive or store your full payment card details. However, the App may receive information from Apple that is necessary to verify your purchase status, manage access to paid features, subscriptions, trials, refunds, or transaction history.
Apple processes payment and purchase information according to Apple's terms, privacy policy, and App Store policies.
Because Finalray processes media locally, your photos, videos, and edits remain on your device. The security of your data depends on the security protections provided by your device and operating system, such as iOS/iPadOS sandboxing, encryption, iCloud settings, and access controls.
We recommend keeping your device and operating system updated.
Finalray is not intended for children under the age of 13, or under the age required by applicable law in your region.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since Finalray does not upload or store personal data on our own servers, we do not possess personal information from children.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or other applicable privacy laws.
Because Finalray does not collect or store your personal information on our own servers, we generally do not have personal data that we can access, modify, or delete on your behalf.
